ScrollShot Terms of Service

These terms govern use of ScrollShot by GOHTF.

1. Licence

A limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence is granted to use the extension for lawful personal or business purposes.

2. User responsibility

Users must have the right to capture, store, edit and share content. ScrollShot must not be used to violate privacy, confidentiality, copyright, access controls or applicable law.

3. Availability

The service is provided on an as-available basis. Website changes, protected pages, browser updates and enterprise policies may affect capture functionality.

4. Subscriptions

The current pre-subscription build does not charge users. Subscription terms will be published before any paid plan is enabled.

5. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, GOHTF is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use or inability to use the service.
